Several Common Irrigation Pipes in Agricultural Irrigation-Pt.1

This news is going to talk about several common irrigation pipes in agricultural irrigation.

Irrigation pipes are widely used in urban and rural indoor and outdoor water supply, rural water improvement, farmland irrigation, brine transmission pipeline of salt and chemical industry, water conveyance of aquaculture industry, mine ventilation, water supply and drainage, landscaping sprinkler irrigation and other large and small projects.

Agricultural irrigation can be divided into traditional surface irrigation, ordinary sprinkler irrigation and micro irrigation. Traditional surface irrigation includes border irrigation, furrow irrigation, flooding irrigation and flood irrigation. However, this kind of irrigation method often consumes large amount of water and has low water utilization, which is a kind of unreasonable agricultural irrigation method. Now, with the improvement of people's awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, the irrigation method has undergone earth shaking changes. The emergence of micro spray belt, drip irrigation belt and other irrigation methods has gradually replaced the traditional way. Now we will introduce several commonly used agricultural irrigation pipes.

1. Micro spray tape:
① The micro spray belt is to take the water pressure to the field through the water pipe and micro nozzle. Through the water outlet of the micro spray belt, under the effect of gravity and air resistance, the spray effect is like a drizzle. Micro sprinkler is a new type of micro irrigation equipment, also known as "sprinkler belt", "micro sprinkler belt", "spray hose", "multi hole hose", etc.
② The water outlet holes of micro spray belt are mostly divided into multi empty groups and arranged according to certain distance and certain rules, such as inclined five holes, oblique tee joints, horizontal three holes, left and right holes and no holes. Mechanical drilling, start-up drilling and laser drilling are generally used for water outlet holes. The hole diameter is 0.1 ~ 1.2mm, and the hollow shape is circular.
③ Applications: vegetables, mushrooms, nursery, orchard, flowers, greenhouse crops.

2. Drip irrigation belt:
(1) Drip irrigation belt is to use plastic pipe (drip irrigation pipe approach) to send water to the root of crops through the hole or dripper on the diameter of about 10 mm capillary pipe for local irrigation. It is to drip water evenly and slowly into the soil near the root of crops through the emitter or drip irrigation belt with very small outlet. Drip irrigation belt is divided into patch drip irrigation belt, embedded cylindrical drip irrigation pipe, labyrinth drip irrigation belt and blue track drip irrigation belt.
(2) Inlaid drip irrigation belt is a kind of drip irrigation belt in which the pre manufactured drippers are embedded in the capillary during the capillary manufacturing process, such as patch drip irrigation belt and embedded cylindrical drip irrigation pipe.
(3) The thin-wall drip irrigation belt is a kind of drip outlet with various shapes of pressure reducing channel, such as labyrinth drip irrigation belt and blue track drip irrigation belt, which is made of thin-wall pipe at the same time.
(4) Purpose:
① It can be used to plant crops in greenhouses and greenhouses, reduce diseases and insect pests, save chemical fertilizers and pesticides and improve economic benefits.
② It can effectively increase the yield, improve the quality of fruit and effectively control the growth of weeds.
③ It is suitable for cotton, Chinese herbal medicine, watermelon, field vegetables and other field crops to improve the mechanization of planting.
④ Drip irrigation belt can be bent and laid around the ridge, which is easy to operate.
